About Us
Toro Concrete, Inc. is a corporation of the state of Virginia that has been in business since March, 2005, and provides concrete services in Virginia, Washington, and Maryland. It is a small business (SWAM), and it is minority owned and operated (DBE Certified). We are part of the construction industry, providing concrete site work, including the installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway, ramps, and stamped concrete, among others.
Our Work
Our work is well known for being efficient, punctual, and safe. We are insured, licensed, and have excellent references. We have completed governmental projects with the Virginia Department of Transportation, and with the Towns of Culpeper, Herndon, Madison, and Warrenton, among others. We have also worked with several private companies that offer the best compliments for our excellent quality work.
